Treasurer
- We have 448 Members of our Home Owners Association in our Community.
- Our 2020 Budget is based on 412 Members paying their dues.
- Only 332 Members are paying their dues currently. This is down from last month. $14,000 deficit from this month’s income.
- Late fees and Interest will accrue on non-payments starting in September.

Security
- 1 car was towed for parking on street between 2:00am and 6:00am
- Beware Security will be tagging cars parked on the street overnight.
Committees
ARC – 6 applications approved
Violations –
- 6 Members approved for $50 a day fine for non-compliance
- 52 letters have gone out for various violation offences
Communications
- Community News and Notices will be posted on the Website, Exit Boards, Bulletin Boards and Next Door
- Flyers are printed on colored paper. New info will be on a “New Color”
Oversight
- Member reports weed overgrowth is not being maintained by lawn service
- Member reports witnessing Security taking a 15 minute through community then back at the clubhouse

Seeking Proposals – Lawncare, Security and IT Systems
- Consolidate all IT Systems under 1 Maintenance Contract
- FL Statues – Must get 3 bids – 10% of operating budget
- Preparing for 2021 budget
Boat/RV Storage – Additional Gate
- BOD is working on getting a third bid
- Waiting on a response from original vendor
New Business
Pool Fence Damage – Member accidentally drove into the fence, they will pay for repairs
Health Inspection – Found items to be repaired
- Chipped tile – Important due to water getting behind the tile
- Chlorine Feeder is running on an extension cord – waiting on company who installed it
